Expedition Water Solutions Acquires Disposal Wells in Wyoming

Greeley, CO – Expedition Water Solutions Colorado LLC (“Expedition”) today announced the acquisition of several Class I disposal wells in Wyoming from Black Bison Water Services LLC. The assets include two Class I oilfield wastewater disposal well facilities and one Class I well permit in the Powder River Basin (“PRB”), as well as one Class I oilfield wastewater disposal well facility in the Denver-Julesburg Basin (“DJ Basin”). In the PRB, Expedition will have 10,000 Bbls/d of immediate capacity and another 10,000 Bbls/d of estimated permitted capacity, for a total existing and estimated permitted capacity of 20,000 Bbls/d.

In the DJ Basin, Expedition will add approximately 2,500 Bbls/d of permitted capacity to its existing 60,000 Bbls/d permitted capacity, bringing total pro forma DJ Basin permitted capacity to 62,500 Bbls/d. “We are excited to expand our footprint into the Powder River Basin. With this acquisition, we will continue to pursue the Expedition standards of excellence, superior service and best-in-class safety. Expedition Completes Strategic Merger with Triton

Greeley, CO – Expedition Water Solutions Colorado, LLC today announced a strategic merger with Triton Water Disposal Services, LLC. The merged company will be named Expedition Water Solutions LLC (“Expedition”).

Following the merger, Expedition will have three saltwater disposal facilities in the DJ Basin, offering customers COGCC-permitted injection capacity of roughly 60,000 Bbls/d basin-wide. In addition, Expedition’s capital partners have provided funding commitments that will allow Expedition to continue to grow its saltwater disposal and related oilfield services and infrastructure businesses in the DJ Basin and beyond.

“We are thrilled to complete this merger as the combined company will give Expedition the scale required to service its valued customers throughout the DJ Basin. With this platform, we plan to continue to provide excellent service to our customers in saltwater disposal, as well as branch into new business lines including truck-washouts, produced water pipelines and recycling” stated Jim Goddard, President of Expedition.
