Expedition Water Solutions Colorado LLC (“Expedition”) is pleased to announce its continued growth with the acquisition of water infrastructure assets from an undisclosed seller that strategically expand Expedition’s position in the Denver-Julesburg Basin (“DJ Basin”). The transaction included two saltwater disposal facilities (the “Facilities”), which collectively offer more than 25,000 Bbls / day of permitted capacity in the core Wattenberg area of the DJ Basin. The Facilities provide incremental capacity at valuable locations for Expedition’s new and existing long-term, contracted customers.
