Greeley, CO – Expedition Water Solutions Colorado LLC (“Expedition”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of water infrastructure assets that further expand Expedition’s position in the Powder River Basin (“PRB”) in the core of PRB activity. The acquisition also provides Expedition an attractive greenfield growth avenue for additional assets in the core of the PRB. Expedition has acquired Bluegrass Water, LLC (“Wright”) and Bluegrass Southern Cross LLC (“Southern Cross”), together (“the Facilities”), which collectively offer more than 10 million Bbls of capacity in the PRB and Wamsutter basins.

The assets currently serve the largest operators in the PRB under long-term take-or-pay and/or acreage dedication contracts. Expedition will remain committed to the company’s Platinum Health, Safety and Environmental standards rating and embark on several projects that will improve the HSE programs and efficiency at the Facilities.

The EWS #1 will now operate two injection wells 24/7/365 with basin leading capacity, HSE standards and truck turnaround times. Expedition is thrilled to be able to accept volumes in excess of 25,000 Bw/d, further accommodating our loyal customers while continuing our growth story in the northern DJ Basin.

The Expedition #2 Truck Washout (the “Washout”), is located five miles northeast of Gillette at our Expedition #2 facility (3580 N Garner Lake Road).

The Washout will be the first, full-service commercial truck washout in Wyoming: equipped with first-in-class technology and capable of servicing hydro-vacs, transports, frac tanks, and much more. This service further accommodates our loyal customers while continuing our growth story in the Powder River Basin.

Greeley, CO- Expedition Water Solutions Colorado LLC (“Expedition”) announced that as of February 17,2017, it has successfully drilled, completed and placed into service a second injection well at its EWS #3 facility, located 20668 Niobrara Blvd LaSalle, Colorado.

The combined capacity at the EWS #3 facility is projected to be 20,000 Bw/d. Expedition is thrilled to be able to accepted higher volumes at this location to accommodate loyal customers.
