Mr. Goddard is primarily responsible for operations, construction and corporate development. Mr. Goddard has more than 20 years of direct experience in saltwater disposal and a total of 30 years in the oil and gas industry, and is widely regarded as the most trusted and experienced SWD operator in the DJ Basin. Mr. Goddard has extensive experience in all aspects of the SWD industry, including acquiring locations, permitting facilities (including drilling permits and the rezoning of land from agricultural to industrial use), overseeing drilling and construction, and managing the operations and customer relationships once facilities are completed. Previous to Expedition, he worked at Select Energy, where he served as Vice President of Disposal Systems. Prior to Select Energy, he served as General Manager at Conquest, where he operated and developed the largest SWD business in the DJ Basin.
Mr. Neal is primarily responsible for business and corporate development and financial matters at Expedition. Mr. Neal’s expertise includes developing long term customer relationships, acquisitions of new facilities, development of new assets, financing business growth and investor relations. Mr. Neal has over ten years of experience in the energy and financial industries. Prior to joining Expedition, Mr. Neal served as Manager of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development at Sterling Energy, a Denver-based midstream infrastructure company with principal operations in the DJ Basin. Prior to Sterling, Mr. Neal worked at Morgan Stanley in energy private equity and energy investment banking, in both Houston, TX and New York, NY.
Mr. Neal graduated, magna cum laude, with a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
Todd is primarily responsible for the accounting and financial reporting matters at Expedition. His experience includes over 22 years in the public and private accounting sectors with over 12 years being in the oil and gas service industry. Prior to Expedition, Todd worked with RockPile Energy Services, Complete Production Services (merged with Superior Energy Services in February 2012), and Superior Energy Services which included several local companies including A&W Water Service, Northern Plains Trucking, LEED Energy Services, and High Plains Disposal.
Todd graduated, magna cum laude, with a BBA in Accounting from Fort Hays State University.
Isaac is primarily responsible for business development and financial matters at Expedition. His experience includes mergers & acquisitions, entrepreneurial finance, development of greenfield assets, and holding multiple field level oil and gas roles. Isaac has over five years of collective experience in the energy, industrial, and financial industries. Prior to joining Expedition, Isaac was an Associate at Industria Partners, a Denver-based investment bank focusing on middle market energy and industrial M&A, merchant banking, and restructuring. Prior to Industria, Isaac was an Analyst with Capco Growth Partners, a private equity group focusing on controlled investments in middle market companies. Isaac began his finance career as an Analyst with Global Proppant Supply, a provider of tier 1 Northern White frac sand. Before embarking in a career in finance, Isaac played two years of professional hockey with the Colorado Eagles.
Isaac graduated as an All-Canadian Varsity Athlete from Brock University’s Goodman School of Business, located in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.
Dave is primarily responsible for field operations. Dave has over 20 years of experience in water disposal, working in all aspects of the business including plant operation, facility design, and construction. Prior to Expedition, Dave taught and developed oil and gas classes at Aims Community College for their Oil and Gas degree program. Before Aims, Dave was a Facility Operator and Field Supervisor for High Sierra Water Services and Conquest Water Services. Dave attended Aims Community College earning a degree in computer aided drafting.
Preston is primarily responsible for finding cost-effective and efficient solutions to industry problems by developing tools to help facility managers and bringing new technologies to market.
Preston has been in the saltwater disposal industry since 2010, working for Expedition from 2014 to the present and Select Energy Services from 2010 to 2014. In that time, he has been involved in the construction, management and start-up of numerous disposal facilities throughout Colorado and Oklahoma.
Prior to his experience in saltwater disposal, Preston worked in the industrial construction industry, building and servicing municipal water and wastewater plants.
Sean is primarily responsible for managing Expedition’s extensive Health, Safety and Environmental program. Sean has over 10 years of oilfield experience, which includes managing saltwater disposal facilities, safety management, and field supervisory. Prior to Expedition, Sean worked for Covenant Testing Technologies and Conquest Disposal.
